This is an exciting new role which has been created to lead and expand Lancaster’s highly successful Enterprise and Innovation activities.
Following a review of Enterprise and Innovation funding across the university, we are seeking to improve the way these activities are supported and coordinated across the university. This will include activities in supporting student, staff and graduate entrepreneurship; innovation activities including consultancy, Intellectual Property, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships; and expert and quality controlled administration of external funded programmes to enable the university to scale up its knowledge exchange and business engagement activities.
You will have a proven track record leading on developing enterprise and entrepreneurship education, innovation activities and funding administration within a highly regarded HE institution.
You will be an inspirational leader and excellent motivator of staff, with a proven ability to deliver results through people.
This post will play a key role in providing leadership for the University’s enterprise and engagement activity, also working closely with senior management to support graduate employability aims and teaching excellence across the University’s four Faculties.
