Student Wellbeing Services is seeking an administrator to play an important role within the Counselling and Mental Health Service.  Acting as a first point of contactyou will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate sensitively with broad range of people.

You will provide administration support including managing the referral process, allocating appointments, keeping records of meetings and compiling reports.

You will be required to work under emotional as well as time pressure, to prioritise, multi-task and work on own initiative when needed.

This post is to be offered on 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week) over 5 day, 40 weeks per year.
