This is an exciting new role which has been created within the Enterprise Team at Lancaster University. The Enterprise Team support students, staff and graduates to become creative entrepreneurial leaders, innovators and world changers.
The role will support the Enterprise Team in applying Design Thinking and Enterprise Education principles and practices to enhance the University’s Teaching, Research and Engagement activities. The role will contribute to the culture of Enterprise and Innovation by equipping more individuals (both students and staff) with the ability and confidence to innovate and extract greater strategic value from their work and personal initiatives.
You will have experience of designing and facilitative group and individual learning interventions and supporting start-up businesses and new ventures. Experience of diagnosing the needs of learners, indentifyng appropriate educational responses and having a relevant qualification or experience of entrepreneurship are also essential.
The role would suit an excellent communicator who can emphasise with learners, build credibility and deliver learning interventions. The post will play a key role in the Enterprise Team working with key stakeholders in the Lancaster University Student Union and across the university.
